摘要
对液化天然气(LNG)停炉保养的4种方法进行了比较分析,其中氨水碱化烘干法具有适用范围广、操作简便、投资成本低、保养效果好等特点,同时克服了含有机成分的保护剂对水汽品质及在线仪表的污染和影响,启动时水质快速合格,减少了机组启动费用。氨水碱化烘干法良好的停炉保养效果能延长设备的使用寿命,保证机组的安全经济运行。
This study compared and analyzed the four methods of lay-up protection.Ammonia alkalization drying method has the advantages of wide applications,simple operation,low investment cost,and good protective performance.Moreover,it overcomes the pollution and influence of the protective agent with organic components on the quality of water and vapor and online instruments.The start-up water quality was fast qualified,which reduced the start-up costs of the unit.Good lay-up protection performance can prolong the service life of the equipment and ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
