摘要
10 kV配电网工程的投资管控情况直接影响电网基建项目的整体管控水平。对一个10 kV配电网工程管理先进基层单位进行业务现状调研,选取关键业务环节、科学设计规则,利用信息化手段,通过全流程动态监测机制进行了监测和管控,实现项目建设全过程动态监测和管控。
The investment control of 10 kV distribution network projects directly affects the overall control level of power grid infrastructure projects.The business status was investigated in a grass-roots unit,excellent in 10 kV distribution network engineering management.The key business links and scientific design rules were selected,and the dynamic monitoring mechanism of the whole process was developed by means of information technology to monitor and control the whole process of project construction.
