无线硫化氢监测系统在高含硫气田的应用

摘要 高含硫气田天然气净化装置在高负荷下长周期运行,设备逐渐老化,管道产生腐蚀,传统的固定式硫化氢报警仪无法及时针对新漏点实时监测,新兴的无线监测技术以其高效的安装速度、低廉的安装成本,在高含硫气田中获得了越来越广泛的应用。在某天然气净化厂,以无线硫化氢报警仪、无线网关和智能天线、GDS系统为基础,建立了一套无线硫化氢监测系统,实现对硫化氢泄漏高风险区域的实时监控,有效保障了净化厂长期安全稳定生产。 Because of the natural gas purification equipment of high-sulfur contained gas fields operating under high load for a long period of time,the equipment is aging gradually,the pipelines are being corroded.Traditional fixed hydrogen sulfide alarms cannot monitor new leaking point timely.The novel wireless monitoring technology is being widely used in high sulfur contained gas fields for its high efficiency of installation speed and low installation cost.A wireless hydrogen sulfide monitoring system based on wireless hydrogen sulfide alarms,wireless gateways,smart antennas,and GDS,is established in a natural gas purification plant.Real-time monitoring of hydrogen sulfide leakage in high-risk areas is achieved.Long-term safe and stable production of the purification plant is guaranteed efficiently.
