在线腐蚀监测是新时期炼化企业腐蚀问题解决的重要一环,对于炼化企业设备维护具有重要的作用。以炼化企业在线腐蚀监测技术为研究对象,介绍了炼化企业在线腐蚀监测技术的作用,从现场腐蚀试验装置、电阻探针监测、循环水监测技术、定点测厚技术等方面,阐述了炼化企业在线腐蚀监测技术的应用,并从监测频率、方法、位置等方面,分析在线腐蚀监测方案。在这个基础上,对在线腐蚀监测技术的发展方向进行了进一步研究。

Online corrosion monitoring is an important part of solving corrosion problems in refining and chemical enterprises in the new era.It plays an important role in equipments maintaining in refining and chemical enterprises.Taking online corrosion monitoring technology in refining and chemical enterprises as research object,the role of online corrosion monitoring technology in refining and chemical enterprises is briefly introduced,the application of online corrosion monitoring technology in refining and chemical enterprises is respectively elaborated from the aspects of on-site corrosion testing equipment,resistance probe monitoring,circulating water monitoring technology and fixed-point thickness measurement technology.The online corrosion monitoring scheme is discussed based on monitoring frequency,methods,location and other aspects.On this basis,the development direction of online corrosion monitoring technology is researched further.
