摘要
分散控制系统(DCS)广泛应用于工业过程控制中,传统DCS主要用于工艺控制,而当前工业互联网的发展已成趋势,终端设备包括软件硬件产品的研发理念也应顺势而为,系统功能智能化,网络化、信息化的建设要求符合智能工厂的一个核心思想,即“软件定义控制系统”。DCS解耦功能的设计特点体现在控制器和IO解耦、算法和硬件解耦、服务解耦、开放的数据库和系统跨平台等方面。论述了解耦类型的特点、DCS解耦的重要性以及在工业互联网中的应用。应用表明DCS解耦技术提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性,值得推广。
Distributed control system is widely used in industrial process control.The traditional DCS is mainly used for process control,developing industrial Internet has become a trend,the development concept of end equipment including software and hardware products should also follow the trend.Intelligent system,construction of networking,and information technology requires a core concept for intelligent factory,that is,“Software defined control system”.The design features of DCS decoupling function are embodied in the aspects of controller and IO decoupling,algorithm and hardware decoupling,service decoupling,open database and cross-platform system.The characteristics of these decoupling types,the importance of DCS decoupling and its application in industrial Internet are discussed.The application shows that DCS decoupling technology improves the reliability and stability of the system,and is worth promoting.
