摘要
以某乙烯基树脂装置安全仪表系统的安全完整性等级定级为例,介绍了常用的安全完整性等级定级方法——保护层分析方法,以及保护层分析方法的应用流程,阐述了安全完整性等级的定级对象,安全仪表功能安全回路的确定,并详细介绍了该装置的具体安全完整性等级定级方案。通过保护层分析和安全完整性等级定级可进一步抑制或减轻事故危险后果,进一步提升装置的生产安全性,降低事故风险。
Taking the safety integrity level grading of a safety instrumented system of a vinyl resin unit as a case,the commonly used safety integrity level grading method——the protective layer analysis method,and the application process of the method are introduced.The grading object of the safety integrity level,the determination of the functional safety loop of the safety instrument are expounded.Specific safety integrity level grading scheme of the device is introduced in detail.Through protection layer analysis and safety integrity level grading,the dangerous consequences of accidents can be further suppressed or reduced to further improve the production safety of the device and reduce the risk of accidents.
