随着环保部门对于排放污染物的限定值要求的不断提高,针对脱硫脱硝除尘装置中分析仪表的配置进行了研究,详细论述了配置分析仪表的必要性。结合项目实际数据,探讨了关键分析仪表的选型,优化了脱硫脱硝除尘装置操作控制、提高了脱硫脱硝率。应用表明:自控系统运行安全、稳定,烟气达到排放要求。

With continuous increasing of the required limited value for the emission of pollutants from the environmental protection department,the configuration of analyzers in the desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal device has been studied,and the necessity of configuring analyzers is discussed in detail.Based on the actual data of the project,the type selection of key analyzers is discussed,the operation control of the desulfurization,denitration and dust removal installation is optimized,and the desulfurization and denitration rate is improved.The application shows that the operation of the automatic control system is safe and stable,and the flue gas emission meets the requirements.
