摘要 以信息为基础的人工智能时代出现了因信息垄断、错误信息危机引发的就业极化、就业不充分、就业环境破坏、就业结构失衡等就业新问题。同时,人工智能所带来的技术理性和实现人的全面发展的终极目标提供了从根本上解决就业中信息不对称现象的新思路。从人工智能本身特征出发,结合人工智能不同发展阶段的特征,分析其影响就业信息不对称的逻辑进路,最终提出通过完善人工智能时代法律法规建设,推进产业结构和劳动力供给结构协同升级,提高就业公共服务水平,依据客观数据、压缩人为解释空间,提升公众智能素养等策略规避人工智能时代就业信息不对称现象。 In the information-based artificial intelligence era,new employment problems such as employment polarization,inadequate employment,destruction of employment environment and imbalance of employment structure have emerged due to information monopoly and false information crisis.At the same time,the technical rationality brought by artificial intelligence and the ultimate goal of realizing the all-round development of human beings provide a new way to fundamentally solve the phenomenon of information asymmetry in employment.Starting from the characteristics of artificial intelligence itself,combined with the characteristics of different stages of development of artificial intelligence.This paper analyzes the logical path of its impact on employment information asymmetry.Finally,it puts forward some strategies to avoid the phenomenon of employment information asymmetry in the era of artificial intelligence,such as improving the construction of laws and regulations in the era of artificial intelligence,promoting the collaborative upgrading of industrial institutions and labor supply structure,improving the public service level of employment,compressing the interpretation space of objective data and improving public intelligence literacy.
