区域经济差距对西部地区经济高质量发展的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Regional Economic Differences on the High-quality Economic Development of Western Provinces

新时代要推进西部大开发形成新格局,需要进一步缩小区域经济差距,提升经济发展质量。在厘清西部经济高质量发展理论逻辑的基础上,依据新发展理念构建西部经济高质量发展的评价指标体系,实证分析区域经济差距对西部经济高质量发展的影响。结果表明:西部省区市经济高质量发展水平总体呈现逐步上升的态势,但多数省区经济高质量发展水平较低;实证结果表明区域经济差距显著地阻碍了西部经济高质量发展,同时,分位数回归结果显示,在不同经济高质量发展水平下,区域经济差距对西部省区市经济高质量发展的负向影响存在异质性,大体呈现"V"型趋势变动。从缩小西部省区市经济差距的角度,提出促进西部经济高质量发展的建议。

In the new era,to promote the development of the western region and form a new pattern,it is necessary to further reduce regional economic differences and improve the quality of economic development.On the basis of clarifying the theoretical logic of the high-quality economic development of western provinces and regions,construct an evaluation index system for the high-quality economic development of western provinces and regions according to the new development concept,use the entropy method to measure its level,and empirically analyze the influence of regional economic differences on the economy of western provinces and regions.The results show that the overall trend of high-quality economic development in western provinces and regions is showing a gradual upward trend,but most of the provinces and regions have a low level of high-quality economic development;the empirical results show that regional economic differences significantly hinder the high-quality development of the western economy.The digit regression results show that under different high-quality economic development levels,the negative impact of regional economic differences on the high-quality economic development of western provinces and regions is heterogeneous,showing a"V"-shaped trend change.Finally,from the perspective of reducing the economic gap between the western provinces and regions,corresponding suggestions are made to promote the high-quality economic development of the western provinces and regions.
