Cultural Capital and Cultural Construction of Disabled Social Organizations

文化资本是助残社会组织高质量发展的内驱动力。文化资本是组织中与文化相关的各类有形与无形的文化形态,包括文化价值、文化规范、文化实践、文化实体与文化倡导五类基本要素。我国大部分助残社会组织处于成长初期,往往忽视文化软实力的打造,而陷入口号化、台账化、碎片化、同质化、区隔化的文化资本"缺位"困局。促进文化资本的激活、注入、积累与再生产,是强化助残社会组织文化建设、推进其内涵发展、提升助残服务品质的重要途径。

Cultural capital is the internal driving force for the high-quality development of disabled social organizations.Cultural capital is a variety of tangible and intangible forms of organizations related to culture,including five basic elements:"cultural values","cultural norms","cultural practices","cultural entities"and"cultural advocacy".Most of the disabled social organizations of China are in the early stage of growth,often ignoring the creation of cultural soft power,and are caught in the difficulties of cultural capital"absence",characterized by"sloganization","accounting","fragmentation","homogeneity"and"divisionalization".Promoting the activation,injection,accumulation and reproduction of cultural capital is an important way to strengthen the cultural construction of the disabled social organization,in order to promoting its connotation development,and improving the quality of disability services.
