父慈还是子孝:当代农村代际合作方式及其关系调适

Parents’ Kindness or Children’ Filial Piety : Mode of Intergenerational Cooperation and Its Relationship Adjustment in Contemporary Rural China

在应用"反馈模式"解释当前农村代际关系遭遇挑战的现实背景下,结合实地调查资料对农村代际合作方式及其逻辑进行了分析和反思。研究发现,当前农村代际合作主要集中在经济、劳务和抚育三个方面。相对于"子孝",农村代际合作中"父慈"的特点表现得更为明显,由于父代秉承不拖累子女的责任伦理,在一定程度上降低了对子代回馈的要求。为了更好地促进农村代际合作,可分别从家庭、社区、政府与社会四个层面着手,增进代际情感沟通,弘扬传统慈孝文化,为抚幼与养老提供支持,拓展代际合作的范围。

In the context of the challenges of applying the"feedback model"to explain the current intergenerational relations in rural China,in combination with field survey data,this article analyzes and reflects on the intergenerational cooperation mode and its logic.We found that the intergenerational cooperation is mainly concentrated in the three aspects of economy,labor and childcare.Compared with the"children’filial piety",the characteristics of"parents’kindness"in the intergenerational cooperation are more obvious,and parents"requirements for children"feedback are reduced to a certain extent because the father inherits the responsibility ethics of not dragging their children down.In order to better promote rural intergenerational cooperation,this paper proposed four countermeasures from perspectives of family,community,government and society,including strengthening intergenerational emotional communication,promoting traditional culture of filial piety,providing support for care and support for the elderly,and expanding the scope of intergenerational cooperation.
