摘要
潘序伦是我国著名教育家、会计学家,其探索“三位一体”办学模式的过程也是潘序伦人才观形成和发展的实践历程。文章从形成历程、内在逻辑等方面系统分析潘序伦人才观的形成与发展,并对潘序伦人才观的时代内涵和当代价值进行了阐述。深入研究潘序伦人才观,对于新时代人才工作具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。
Shulun Pan is a famous educator and accounting scholar in China.The exploration of the Trinity school-running mode by Shulun Pan is a practical journey that contributes to the formation and development of his talent view.This paper systematically analyzes the forming process and internal logic underlying the formation and development of Shulun Pan’s talent view,and further elucidates the times connotation and contemporary value associated with Shulun Pan’s talent view.An in-depth examination of Shulun Pan’s talent view holds both theoretical significance and practical value for talent work in the new era.
