摘要
针对传统食用菌供应链物流管理中存在的质量安全控制时间长、质量安全控制成本高等问题,文章提出了食用菌供应链物流管理方法。首先,分析食用菌供应链物流市场现状,了解食用菌供应链模块的复杂性。其次,引入射频识别技术,自动识别食用菌供应链物流中各个产品的电子标签,由此实现对于各个产品的信息共享和物流跟踪,降低食用菌供应链模块的复杂度。最后,根据射频识别流程对食用菌供应链物流过程进行管理。实验结果表明,所提方法对食用菌供应链物流管理的质量安全控制成本较低、质量安全控制时间较短,可广泛应用。
Aiming at the long time and high cost problems of quality and safety control in traditional edible fungus supply chain logistics management,a method of edible fungus supply chain logistics management is proposed.Firstly,the present situation of edible fungus supply chain logistics market is analyzed to understand the complexity of edible fungus supply chain module.Secondly,the RFID technology is introduced to automatically identify the electronic labels of each product in the edible fungus supply chain logistics,so as to realize the sharing of product information and logistics tracking,thereby reducing the complexity of the edible fungus supply chain module.Finally,the logistics process of edible fungus supply chain is managed according to the RFID process.The experimental results show that the proposed method for quality and safety control of edible fungus supply chain logistics management has lower cost and shorter quality and safety control time,and can be widely used.
