The fully automatic driving metro line of Nanjing Metro is about to operate,so it is extremely urgent to cultivate operation management talents for the fully automatic driving line.The paper starts from the need of fully automatic driving for operation management personnel,analyzes and studies the problems existing in urban rail transit operation management personnel under the background of fully automatic driving in China,and provides suggestions and measures for Nanjing Metro in the next talent training.It aims to help Nanjing Metro complete the training of fully automatic line operation and management personnel faster and better.
