“双碳”目标下物流业低碳效率测度和绿色发展策略研究

Research on Low-Carbon Efficiency Measurement and Green Development Path of Logistics Industry Under “Double Carbon” Target

实现行业低碳化发展是碳达峰、碳中和背景下物流行业面临的现实问题。文章通过分析2011—2020十年间我国的能源消费数据以及交通运输、仓储、邮政业产值和碳排放量,测算了物流业的碳排放强度,并将30个省份划分为不同区域,测算了不同区域的物流业绿色效率。结果表明:我国物流企业的碳排放强度总体逐渐下降,呈现出了绿色健康发展的态势;不同区域的物流业绿色效率存在较大的差距。基于此,文章提出了物流行业绿色发展的实施路径,以期对后续研究和物流行业低碳化发展发挥一定的积极作用。

Low-carbon development is the practical problem for the logistics industry under“double carbon”target.By analyzing the energy consumption,output and carbon emissions of transportation,storage,postal industry in China from 2011 to 2020,the authors measured carbon emission intensity,divided 30 provinces into different regions and calculated the green efficiency of logistics industry.The results show that the carbon emission intensity of the logistics enterprises in China has gradually decreased,showing the trend of green and healthy development and that the green efficiency of the logistics industry in different regions differs.The paper proposes suggestions for green development implementation of logistics industry and hopes this may be helpful for follow-up research.
