摘要
研究裂解气相色谱-质谱法定性分析轮胎胶料中的橡胶种类。确定测试条件如下:裂解温度600℃,裂解时间0.2 min,色谱柱TG-5MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)。结果表明:通过对各橡胶中特征成分的质谱特征离子峰的保留时间、归一化峰面积及其比值的分析,可对轮胎胶料常用的天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶和氯丁橡胶的单一及并用橡胶种类进行定性。该方法操作简便,准确性高。
The qualitative analysis of rubber type in tire compound by pyrolysis gas chromatographymass spectrometry was investigated.The test conditions were determined as follows:pyrolysis temperature600℃,pyrolysis time 0.2 min,and TG-5 MS chromatography column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm).The results showed that by analyzing the retention time,normalized peak area and its ratio of the characteristic ion peaks of the characteristic components of each rubber type,the rubber type of natural rubber,styrenebutadiene rubber,cis-butadiene rubber,nitrile rubber,butyl rubber,chlorobutyl rubber and their blends in tire compound could be qualitatively detected.The method was easy to operate and had high accuracy.
