摘要 本研究通过测算洛阳市农业的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率来评价洛阳市农业生产效率水平,并从宏观、微观等维度考察了农业生产效率的影响因素。基于2009—2018年洛阳市各地区的数据,采用DEA-Tobit模型对洛阳市农业生产效率以及影响因素进行评估分析。研究期间内的洛阳市总体农业生产效率基本达到DEA有效,只有个别地区严重非DEA有效,拉低了总体水平;人均GDP、人均粮食产量、机耕面积对洛阳市农业生产效率均有正向的促进作用,其中人均GDP对综合技术效率的影响并不显著,机耕面积的影响最为显著。对此,洛阳市应采用先进的农业科学技术,并根据各地区的情况调整投入过量和产出不足的问题,从而提升农业生产效率。 By measuring the comprehensive efficiency of luoyang agriculture pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency to evaluate luoyang agricultural production efficiency levels,from macro and micro dimensions such as examines the factors that impact on the efficiency of agricultural production based on the data of each part of the city of luoyang in 2009-2018,using DEA-Tobit model to evaluate luoyang agricultural production efficiency as well as the factors affecting the analysis and study of luoyang city during the overall agricultural production efficiency achieves the DEA effective,only a few serious non DEA effective,lower the overall level;Per capita GDP per capita grain output machine-cultivated area of luoyang city has a positive role in promoting agricultural production efficiency,but the per capita GDP for the effects of comprehensive technical efficiency is not significant,the influence of machine-cultivated area of the most significant result of luoyang should adopt advanced agricultural science and technology,and according to the changes in excess of various areas and the problem of insufficient output,so as to promote efficiency of agricultural production.
