我国不同谷蠹种群的磷化氢抗性监测 被引量:4

摘要 本研究利用FAO标准方法对来自全国不同地区的10种谷蠹[Rhyzopertha dominica (Fabricius)]种群的磷化氢抗药性进行测定。研究结果表明,我国不同地区的谷蠹种群均对磷化氢产生了一定的抗性,抗性倍数为7.15~1173.6。采自江苏泰州古溪(GX)、湖南常德临澧(LL)的谷蠹种群的抗性系数(Rf)为7.15、9.16,属于低抗种群;湖北黄冈(HG)、湖南岳阳(YY)、湖南汨罗(ML)、湖南常德鼎城(DC)、湖南常德武陵(WL)的谷蠹种群抗性系数均小于50,属于中抗种群;南京六合(LH)抗性系数为52.15,属于高抗种群;四川新都(XD)、湖南怀化(HH)的抗性系数分别达到1 173.63和737.37,属于极高抗种群。明确不同地区的谷蠹种群的磷化氢抗性水平,将为储粮害虫的科学防治提供理论依据。 The research surveyed phosphine resistance in 10 population of Rhyzopertha dominica was detected by the method of FAO. The result indicated, the phosphine resistance of different population Rhyzopertha dominica have a varying degree of resistance,the range of resistance multiples from 7.15 to 1173.6. The value of resistance factors was 7.15 and 9.16 times from JSGXRD, HNLLRD, so was low resistant. From HBHGRD, HNYYRD, HNMLRD, HNDCRD, HNWLRD, were medium resistant, all the value of resistance factor were less than 50. The value of resistant factor of NJLHRD was 52.15 times, so it was high resistant. The value of resistance factors of SCXDRD and HNHHRD were 1173.63 and 737.37 times, so were very high resistant. To clarify the phosphine resistance of the Rhyzopertha dominica population will provide a better scientific basis for the prevention and control of stored grain pests.
