数字经济背景下中国粮食市场一体化水平测度及影响因素研究

Research on the measurement and influencing factors of China's grain market integration level under the background of digital economy

消除地方市场分割、推动粮食市场一体化发展,对保障粮食供给、维护国家粮食安全具有重要的现实意义。本文采用相对价格法,利用2011~2020年粮食商品零售价格指数测度中国粮食市场一体化水平,并构建计量模型分析中国粮食市场一体化的影响因素。研究发现:随着数字经济的发展,中国粮食市场一体化水平逐年提高,市场整合程度加强。数字经济发展水平、经济发展水平、粮食生产水平、交通基础设施、政府农林水事务性支出规模均显著促进了中国粮食市场一体化水平,农业产业结构、玉米临时收储政策改革对中国粮食市场一体化存在抑制作用。最后本文就如何进一步推动中国粮食市场整合、构建一体化的粮食大市场给出了相应的政策建议。

Eliminating local market segmentation and promoting the integrated development of grain market are of great practical significance for ensuring.grain supply and maintaining national food security.Using the 2011-2020 grain commodity retail price index,this paper adopts the relative price method to measure the level of grain market integration,and constructs an econometric model to analyze the influencing factors of grain market integration in China.It is found that with the development of digital economy,the level of Chinese grain market integration increases year by year and the degree of market integration is strengthened.The level of digital economy development,the level of economic development,the level of grain production,transportation infrastructure,and the scale of govermment expenditure on agriculture,forestry,and water affairs all significantly contribute to the level of Chinese grain market integration,while agricultural industry structure and corn clinical storage policy reform inhibited the level of Chinese grain market integration.Finally,this paper gives corresponding policy suggestions on how to further promote the integration of China's grain market and build an integrated grain market.
