劳动力价格、人口结构与稻谷生产技术效率——基于SFA-Tobit方法的实证研究

摘要 本文基于2001~2017年中国稻谷优势产区的面板数据,构建超越对数随机前沿生产函数测算稻谷生产技术效率,并分析中国农村劳动力价格和人口结构变化对稻谷生产技术效率的影响。研究结果表明:稻谷优势产区平均生产技术效率较高,达到0.8306,其中东北平原优势区最高,长江流域次之,东南沿海优势区效率值最低,存在很大的上升空间;农村劳动力价格对稻谷生产技术效率存在显著的"倒U型"关系,老龄化制约了稻谷生产技术效率的提升,而女性化则显著提高了稻谷生产技术效率;此外,人力资本、市场化水平和机械化水平也有利于稻谷生产技术效率提升,自然灾害率则起负面效果。 Based on the panel data of China’s rice advantage region from 2001 to 2017,this paper constructs a stochastic frontier beyond the logarithm production function to measure the production technical efficiency of rice,and analyzes the influence of rural labor price and population structure change on the production technical efficiency of rice.The results show that the average production technical efficiency of rice-advantaged production areas reaches 0.8306,of which the Northeast Plains is the highest advantage area,followed by the Yangtze River Valley,the Southeast Coastal Area has the lowest efficiency,which has a great upward space.There is a significant"reverse U-type"relationship between the price of rural labor force and the rice production technical efficiency.Aging restricts the improvement of rice production technical efficiency,while feminization significantly improves the rice production technical efficiency.In addition,human capital,marketization and mechanization level are also conducive to the improvement of rice production technical efficiency,but the rate of natural disasters has a negative effect.
