中国粮食生产效率变动趋势及影响因素研究——一个文献综述

Research on the Changing Trend and Influencing Factors of Grain Production Efficiency in China——A Literature Review

粮食安全问题仍然是现阶段研究的重点,粮食生产效率的稳定和提高是确保国家粮食安全的关键所在。综述已有文献发现:①我国粮食生产效率的主流分析方法有SFA和DEA两种,研究结果均表现出我国粮食生产效率损失较为严重。②资源禀赋特征中土地要素、外包、生产性社会化服务、农业资本投入和农村劳动力均对我国粮食生产效率具有显著影响。③自然资源特征中对粮食生产效率起主要制约作用的是自然灾害、气候变化和地形条件。此外,城镇化、农户个体特征等均会带来粮食生产效率损失,需针对不同地区禀赋特征具体分析制约粮食生产效率的因素。

Food security in China is still the focus of research at this stage.However,the stability and improvement of food production efficiency is the key to ensure national food security.Therefore,the review of relevant research provides a reference for breaking through the efficiency of grain production in China.It is found that:①SFA and DEA are two main methods in the analysis of grain production efficiency in China.And all of them show that the loss of grain production efficiency is more serious.②Land factor,outsourcing,productive socialized service,agricultural capital investment and rural labor all have significant influence on China’s grain production efficiency.③Among the characteristics of natural resources,natural disasters,climate change and topographical conditions are the main constraints on food production efficiency.In addition,urbanization and individual characteristics of farmers will bring about the loss of food production efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the factors that restrict the efficiency of grain production according to the endowment characteristics of different regions.
