中国居民优质粮食消费的影响因素及趋势预测

Study on the Influencing Factors of High-Quality Food Consumption and Trend Prediction in China

摘要 随着我国经济社会迈入工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化"新四化"同步推进的关键阶段,居民的粮食消费已由满足生存需求的基础性消费转向满足更高级的食物需求与营养需求。本文在描述分析我国居民粮食消费结构变化的基础上,从城镇化水平、居民收入水平、人口结构变化、居民在外就餐等方面,深入剖析消费驱动因素对居民优质粮食消费的影响,进而利用农产品部门均衡模型,对未来我国粮食的消费结构进行趋势预测,揭示我国居民优质粮食消费的潜力,最后提出实现居民优质粮食消费的对策建议。 As China is in the key stage of the simultaneous advancement of industrialization,information-ization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization,the food consumption of residents has shifted from basic consumption to meet the needs of survival to meet the needs of more advanced food and nutritional needs.Based on the analysis of the changes in the food consumption structure of our residents,this paper analyzes the impact of consumption drivers on the quality food consumption of residents from the aspects of urbanization level,income of residents,changes in population structure,and residents’eating out,and then uses the equilibrium model about the agricultural product sector.To predict the future consumption structure in China,in order to reveal the potential of high-quality grain consumption of Chinese residents,and finally proposes countermeasures to achieve high-quality food consumption of Chinese residents.
