浅圆仓不同充氮工艺气调试验 被引量:12

摘要 分别采用上充下排和下充上排的方式对浅圆仓储存的玉米和小麦进行充氮气调试验,研究了不同粮种采用不同充氮工艺的氮气浓度变化情况、气调效果和能耗情况,结果表明:氮气浓度在80%~96%时作业效率较高,充氮48 h后各检测点浓度基本达到98.4%以上;充氮作业时长与粮食品种和充氮工艺的选择没有相关性;半衰期(500 Pa→250 Pa)在720 s以上的浅圆仓中,仓房的气密性差异不会影响充氮作业时长,但会影响氮气浓度的保持时间;浅圆仓首次充氮气调吨粮成本在0.34元/t^0.37元/t。 The nitrogen-filling experiment was carried out to the corn and wheat in aquat silos by filling nitrogen from upper inlet and expelling nitrogen from bottom outlet,and its opposite way.The change of nitrogen concentration with time,the influence of nitrogen,and energy consumption were studied.The results showed that the operating efficiency was higher when nitrogen concentration was between 80%and 96%.After 48 hours,its concentration of all testing points were basically over 98.4%.The time taken by nitrogen-filling had no correlation with the grain variety and its way.For the squat silo,the half-life(500 Pa→250 Pa)over 720 seconds,the difference of the air tightness had no significant effect on the time.But it affected the duration of nitrogen concentration.The cost of flling nitrogen for per ton of grain for the first time in silo was between 0.34 yuan and 0.37 yuan.
