论两汉王朝在乌蒙山区统治重心的转移——以汉阳和朱提为例

The Transfer of the Ruling Center of Han Dynasty in Wumeng Mountain Area——Taking Hanyang and Zhuti as examples

两汉王朝在乌蒙山区设置的郡县城邑可分为军事据点型和生产型两类,分别以汉阳和朱提城为代表。西汉末以来,汉阳城逐渐走向衰落,而朱提城开始兴起,并且升格为郡级治所,成为乌蒙山区的政治、经济和文化中心。汉王朝在乌蒙山区统治重心从汉阳转移到朱提,其原因有两方面:其一是各自生计模式适应于不同的地理环境和资源;其二是东汉政府经营西南民族地区的策略转变,促成朱提城崛起。两汉王朝开发和经略西南民族地区的策略对当地经济社会的发展起到决定性作用。

A group of county towns appeared in the Wumeng Mountains area in the Han Dynasty,they were divided into two types:military stronghold type and production type,represented by Hanyang and Zhuti respectively.Since the end of the Western Han Dynasty,Hanyang city gradually declined,and Zhuti city began to rise and developed into a political,economic,and cultural center city in the Wumeng Mountains area.The Han Dynasty’s ruling center shifted from Hanyang to Juti in Wumeng Mountains.There are two reasons for the changing,the one is that their respective livlihood mode adapting to different geographical environments and resources;the second is the strategic change of the Eastern Han government in the southwest ethnic region,which led to the rise of Zhuti city.The development and stragety of the Han Dynasty in southwest ethnic region played a decisive role in the development of the local economy and society.
