冠心舒通胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血脂、hs-CRP的影响

Effect of Guanxin Shutong Capsule(冠心舒通胶囊)Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Blood Lipids and hs-CRP

目的研究冠心舒通胶囊联合美托洛尔在冠心病稳定型心绞痛中的治疗价值。方法选择盘锦辽油宝石花医院2020年6月—2021年3月纳入的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者96例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各48例。研究组服用冠心舒通胶囊及美托洛尔,对照组服用美托洛尔,服药前、服药后1个月测定两组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF),服药后1个月评价两组的总有效率,服药前、服药后1个月进行临床症状积分调查,统计两组服药前、服药后1个月的心绞痛发作次数及持续时长,比较两组用药结果。结果服药前两组血脂指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药后研究组TG、TC、LDL低于对照组,但HDL高出对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率87.50%(42/48)高出对照组70.83%(34/48)(P<0.05)。服药前两组炎性指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药后研究组IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。服药前两组临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药后研究组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。服药前两组心绞痛发作情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药后研究组心绞痛发作次数及持续时长低于对照组(P<0.05)。服药前两组心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药后研究组LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组,但LVEF高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊联合美托洛尔的疗效显著,能够消除机体炎性反应,增强心功能,减少心绞痛发作次数,快速减轻症状,促进血脂恢复,值得推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic value of Guanxin Shutong Capsule(冠心舒通胶囊)and metoprolol in stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who were enrolled in the hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases each in accordance with the random number table method.The study group took Guanxin Shutong Capsule and metoprolol.The control group took metoprolol.The two groups were tested for triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)and interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricle End-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and one month after taking the medicine.The total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated one month after taking the medicine,and the clinical symptom score survey was conducted before and one month after taking the medicine,and the two groups were counted before and after taking the medicine.The number and duration of angina pectoris in one month were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in blood lipid indexes between the two groups before taking the medicine(P>0.05).After taking the medicine,the levels of TG,TC and LDL of the study group were lower than those of the control group,but the level of HDL was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 87.50%(42/48),higher than that(70.83%,34/48)of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in inflammatory indexes between the two groups before taking the medicine(P>0.05).After taking the medicine,the levels of IL-8,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the scores of clinical symptoms between the two groups before taking the medicine(P>0.05),and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after taking the medicine(P<0.05).There was no difference in angina pectoris between the two groups before taking the medicine(P>0.05).After taking the medicine,the number and duration of angina pectoris in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in cardiac function indexes between the two groups before taking the medicine(P>0.05).After taking the medicine,the levels of LVESD and LVEDD of the study group were lower than those of the control group,but the the level of LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxin Shutong Capsule combined with Metoprolol has a significant curative effect,which can eliminate the body′s inflammatory response,enhance the heart function,reduce the number of angina pectoris,quickly relieve symptoms and promote blood lipid recovery.It is worthy of promotion.
