疏风通络方联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对炎症因子、免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shufeng Tongluo Decoction(疏风通络方)Combined with Salbutamol on Bronchial Asthma and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function

目的探究疏风通络方联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月天津中医药大学第一附属医院收治的90例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加疏风通络方治疗。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、哮喘控制测试(ACT)积分及肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1与用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、嗜酸性粒细胞超化因子(eotaxin)]、免疫功能(CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8))。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组[93.33%(42/45)vs 77.78%(35/45),P<0.05]。治疗后与对照组相比,观察组中医证候积分明显降低,ACT积分则更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、eotaxin水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应。结论疏风通络方联合沙丁胺醇可明显提高支气管哮喘临床疗效,增强患者肺功能,有效改善其临床症状,抑制炎症因子水平、优化免疫功能可能是其疗效的作用机制。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Shufeng Tongluo Decoction(疏风通络方)combined with salbutamol on bronchial asthma and its effect on Inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods Ninety patients with bronchial asthma in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol,and the observation group was treated with Shufeng Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the TCM syndrome scores,asthma control test(ACT)score,lung function[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),eotaxin]and immune function(CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8))were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[93.33%(42/45)vs 77.78%(35/45),P<0.05].Compared with that of the control group after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower,while the act score was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and eotaxin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4)and CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Shufeng Tongluo Decoction combined with salbutamol can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of bronchial asthma,enhance the lung function of patients,effectively improve the clinical symptoms.Inhibiting the levels of inflammatory factors and optimizing the immune function may be the mechanism of its efficacy.
