中药熏洗联合外敷治疗2型糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化病变的疗效观察

Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with External Application on Lower Limb Atherosclerosis in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察中药熏洗及外敷治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)下肢动脉粥样硬化病变(LEAD)的疗效。方法筛选2019年8月—2021年3月医院接诊的T2DM LEAD病人86例,随机分为两组,均43例。对照组采取前列地尔注射液干预;治疗组于对照组基础上予圣愈汤加味熏洗加外敷治疗。两组疗程均8周。比较血糖指标、踝肱指数(ABI)、胫前动脉血管超声指标。结果治疗后,两组的血糖相关指标明显好转,且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01);治疗后,两组ABI显著升高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组胫前动脉相关指标较治疗前明显好转,且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论在西医常规干预措施基础上,本组中药熏洗联合外敷能有效降低T2DM LEAD患者的血糖水平和下肢血液循环。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and external application on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with lower limb atherosclerosis(LEAD).Methods A total of 86 patients with T2DM LEAD treated in the hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with alprostadil injection.The treatment group was treated with Shengyu Decoction(圣愈汤)combined with fumigation and external application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The indexes of blood glucose,ankle brachial index(ABI)and ultrasound of anterior tibial artery were compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose related indexes in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the ABI of the two groups increased significantly,and that of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the related indexes of anterior tibial artery in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Based on the routine intervention measures of Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with external application can effectively reduce the blood glucose level and lower limb blood circulation of T2DM LEAD patients.
