香砂理中汤合小承气汤论治脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良

Effect of Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction(香砂理中汤)and Xiaochengqi Decoction(小承气汤)on Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

目的探究香砂理中汤合小承气汤对脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法选择2019—2020年恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的符合罗马IV标准和脾胃虚弱证诊断标准的功能性消化不良患者89例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予香砂理中汤合小承气汤和多潘立酮片进行治疗。结果经治疗后,治疗组和对照组均能显著改善脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者胃排空功能,缩短胃排空时间;降低中医证候积分,改善患者证候表现,提高治愈率;降低Nepean消化不良指数(NDI),提高患者生活质量;经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论香砂理中汤合小承气汤对对脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者有明显疗效,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction(香砂理中汤)and Xiaochengqi Decoction(小承气汤)on functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods From 2019 to 2020,89 patients with functional dyspepsia in the hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.They were treated with Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction,Xiaochengqi Decoction and Domperidone Tablets respectively.Results After treatment,the treatment group and the control group can significantly improve the gastric emptying function of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,shorten the gastric emptying time,reduce the TCM syndrome scores,improve the symptom performance of patients and the cure rate,reduce Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)and improve the quality of life of patients.By comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction combined with Xiaochengqi Decoction has obvious curative effect on functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
