基于中医传承辅助平台分析刘雁峰治疗更年期综合征的用药规律

Analysis of LIU Yanfeng′s Medication Rules in Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的总结刘雁峰教授治疗更年期综合征的用药规律,为临床用药和研究提供参考。方法收集2020年1月—2020年12月刘雁峰教授治疗更年期综合征病例处方120首,采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)建立数据库,运用频数统计、关联规则等方法对高频药物、性味归经、组方规律进行统计分析。结果120首处方共包含107味中药,高频药物有女贞子、知母、鳖甲、丹参、龙骨、牡蛎、桂枝、郁金、莲子心等。药物以寒性、甘味、苦味为主,多入肝、肾、心经。核心处方共涉及中药13味,均由高频药物组成。结论刘雁峰教授治疗更年期综合征以交通心肾为主,同时兼顾协调气血阴阳。

Objective To summarize Professor LIU Yanfeng′s medication rules in treatment of menopausal syndrome and provide reference for clinical medication.Methods We collected 120 prescriptions for the treatment of menopausal syndrome by Professor LIU Yanfeng from January 2020 to December 2020,and established a database by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).We analyzed high-frequency drugs,four properties,five tastes,channel tropism of these drugs and prescription rules by some statistical methods of the system.Results A total of 120 prescriptions containing 107 Chinese herbs were included in this study.The results showed that high-frequency drugs were Nyuzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi),Zhimu(Anemarrhenae Rhizoma),Biejia(Trionyx Sinensis),Danshen(Radix Salviae),Longgu(Apatite),Muli(Ostrea Riuularis Gould),Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus),Yujin(Curcumae Radix),Lianzixin(Nelumbinis Plumula),etc.The drugs are mainly cold,sweet and bitter,and their meridians mainly belong to the liver,kidney and heart meridians.The core prescription contains 13 traditional Chinese herbs,all of which are high-frequency drugs.Conclusion Professor LIU Yanfeng treats menopausal syndrome by restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney and harmonizing Qi,blood,Yin and Yang.
