复方苦参注射液作为辅助用药治疗重度癌痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)As An Adjunct in Treatment of Severe Cancer Pain

目的探究复方苦参注射液作为辅助用药在重度癌痛中的止痛价值。方法随机选取医院2018年3月—2022年2月中重度癌痛患者73例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组43例,对照组30例,两组均使用美施康定(硫酸吗啡缓释片)处理,治疗组加用复方苦参注射液,14 d为1个疗程。观察比较两组治疗后的有效缓解率以及疼痛数字评估量表(NRS)、体力状态(KPS)评分与安全性。结果经治疗,治疗组有效缓解率升高(P<0.05);治疗组的NRS、KPS评分均明显升高(P<0.01);两组在治疗期间均出现不良反应,但治疗组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05);结果差异均有统计学意义。结论在硫酸吗啡缓释片的基础上,辅助使用复方苦参注射液可以明显提高止痛效果,明显改善生活质量,同时也可降低硫酸吗啡缓释片和不良反应的发生率,因此值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the analgesic value of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)as an adjuvant drug in severe cancer pain.Methods A total of 73 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in the hospital from March 2018 to February 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,and were divided into the treatment group(43 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The effective relief rate,numerical rating scale(NRS),physical strength status(KPS)score and safety were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective remission rate in the treatment group increased(P<0.05).The NRS and KPS scores of the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment,but the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion On the basis of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,the adjuvant use of Compound Kushen Injection can not only significantly improve the analgesic effect and improve the quality of life,but also reduce the incidence of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and adverse reactions,and so it is worthy of clinical application.
