“郑氏”中医治疗方案干预神经根型阳虚体质颈椎病患者的疗效观察

Effect of Zheng′s Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Patients with Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的观察“郑氏”中医治疗方案干预神经根型阳虚体质颈椎病患者的疗效。方法选取医院2018年11月—2020年3月收治的阳虚体质神经根型颈椎病患者71例,随机分为对照组35例,观察组36例,对照组给予西药内服及牵引治疗,观察组给予西药内服、牵引治疗联合“郑氏”中医治疗方案,包括郑氏经穴推拿和益尔力口服液。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、颈椎功能、生活质量、中医证候积分。结果观察组总有效率94.44%(34/36)高于对照组74.29%(26/35)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组主症、次症积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组NDI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“郑氏”中医治疗方案治疗阳虚体质神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,可显著缓解患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,改善颈椎功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zheng′s traditional Chinese medicine treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients with Yang deficiency constitution.Methods A total of 71 cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients with Yang deficiency constitution in the hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(35 cases)received routine western medicine internal administration and traction treatment.Based on this,the observation group received Zheng′s traditional Chinese medicine treatment,including Zheng′s Tuina and Yierli oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,pain score,cervical function,quality of life,TCM syndrome score and diameters of intervertebrale foramen were compared between two groups.Results The observation group had higher total clinical effective rate than the control group(94.44%vs 74.29%,P<0.05).After treatment,the score of primary and secondary symptoms was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The neck disabilitv index(NDI)score was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of the quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zheng′s traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients with Yang deficiency constitution can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms,alleviate the pain degree,and improve the foramen stenosis,cervical function and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
