This article introduces professor LYU Wenliang′s clinical experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Professor LYU believes that non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is caused by improper diet,emotional disorders,long illness and fatigue.The basic pathogenesis is the disorder between liver and spleen,the disharmony of Qi and blood,and the mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.Liver depression and spleen deficiency are its roots,while turbid phlegm and blood stasis are its signs.Therefore,during the clinical treatment,the treatment is mainly based on regulating liver and spleen,regulating Qi and blood,and removing phlegm and blood stasis.In the clinical process,Professor LYU combines disease and syndrome,and treats both the symptoms and the root causes.The prescription is flexible and changeable,and the basic pathogenesis is consistent throughout.At the same time,Professor LYU pays attention to the comprehensive intervention of the disease and emphasizes the role of the adjustment of the patients′lifestyle in the treatment of the disease,which has achieved significant clinical effects.
