基于中医传承辅助平台探析《中华医典》治疗肺络病的用药规律研究

Medication Rules of Lung Collateral Disease in Chinese Medical Code Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

目的基于中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件归纳并探析《中华医典》中所载的肺络病有关医案的组方用药规律。方法检索《中华医典》中治疗肺络病的医案,通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5,录入肺络病有关方剂信息,组建《中华医典》肺络病数据库,利用中医传承辅助平台所包含的关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类数据挖掘功能,归纳出治疗肺络病方剂的常用中药、组合规则、显性与隐性药对并发现新方。结果共筛选出103首有效处方,使用中药208味,得出频次大于10次的中药共有36味,常用药物组合模式共14条,10对关联规则组合,1个新处方。结论挖掘《中华医典》中治疗肺络病医案处方的隐性规律得出半夏、茯苓、陈皮、当归、白术、人参新方,体现肺络病益气活血、祛痰通络之治法。

Objective Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software v2.5,the rules of the prescriptions for lung collateral disease contained in Chinese Medical Code were summarized and analyzed.Methods The medical records that can treat lung collateral disease was retrieved from Chinese Medical Code.Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software v2.5,the lung collateral disease database of Chinese Medical Code was established.By using the association rules and complex system entropy clustering data mining function of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software v2.5,the common Chinese medicine,combination rules,dominant and recessive drug pairs of lung collateral disease prescriptions were summarized,and new prescriptions were found.Result A total of 103 effective prescriptions were selected and 208 Chinese herbs were used.There were 36 herbs with frequency more than 10 times.And there were 14 pairs of common drug combinations,10 pairs of association rules combination and 1 new prescription.Conclusion The hidden rules of the prescriptions in Chinese Medical Code for the treatment of lung collateral disease are explored,and the new prescriptions of Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)and Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)were obtained,which embody the treatment methods of supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation,eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals in lung collateral disease.
