基于数据挖掘探究宋金元文献治疗妊娠恶阻的用药规律

Rule of Medication Law in Treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in Literatures of Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties Based on Data Mining

目的研究宋金元文献治疗妊娠恶阻的用药规律,为现代临床应用提供参考。方法从宋金元医学文献中筛选涉及妊娠恶阻的46部书籍,将其录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)进行频数统计、关联规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类分析等组方规律研究,提取新方,总结其治疗妊娠恶阻的用药规律。结果纳入处方182首,涉及96味中药,高频药物依次为人参、生姜、茯苓、半夏、陈皮、白术、甘草,以补气药、解表药、化痰止咳平喘药为主。药性以温、平、寒性,药味以辛、甘、苦为主。归经以脾经为主,肺胃次之。药少量精,散剂频服。支持度≥40的药对组合28对,无监督的熵层次聚类分析得到2首新方。结论宋金元时期文献治疗妊娠恶阻重视辛甘温补,常用六君子汤加减。

Objective To explore the rule of medication law in treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum(HG)in the literatures of Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties in order to provide reference for modern clinical application.Methods We screened 46 ancient medical literatures from Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties related to HG,and recorded them into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(V2.5)for frequency statistics,association rule analysis,entropy cluster analysis of complex system and other grouping pattern studies,extracted the new prescription,and summarized the medication law of the treatment of HG.Results A total of 182 prescriptions involving 96 Chinese herbs were screened,high frequency drugs were Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens),Fuling(Poria),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),most of the drugs for tonifying Qi,relieving the exterior syndrome and relieving cough and asthma.The medicinal properties were mostly warm,flat and cold,and the medicinal flavors were mostly pungent,sweet and bitter.The main meridian distribution was the spleen meridian,followed by lung and stomach meridians.The kinds of drugs and doses are fine and the powder was taken frequently.The core medicinal pairs with support≥40 were 28 pairs,unsupervised hierarchical entropy cluster analysis yielded 2 new prescriptions.Conclusion The causes of HG in Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties were mainly deficiency,cold and dampness.It was mainly located in spleen,lung and stomach.In the song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,the literatures of treating HG attached great importance to pungent and sweet warm drugs,and Modified Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤加减)was commonly used.
