艾滋病中医体质研究现状及调治初探

Current Situation of TCM Physique Research on AIDS and A Preliminary Study on Regulation and Treatment

艾滋病作为一种新发的恶性传染病,病死率高,至今尚无法根治。中医药治疗艾滋病优势显著。除了个体化的辨证论治,辨体质论治亦是中医的一大特色。在艾滋病的诊疗中应将辨证论治和辨体论治结合起来,进行综合辨治,以达事半功倍的效果。文章就中医体质对艾滋病相关影响,艾滋病在不同地区、所处病期及不同年龄阶段的体质类型研究,中医体质与艾滋病免疫指标的相关性研究进行综述,对艾滋病中医体质的调治方法进行了初步探讨,以期为艾滋病的诊疗提供新思路。

As a new malignant infectious disease,Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS)has a high fatality rate and can not be cured so far.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of AIDS.In addition to individualized syndrome differentiation and treatment,physique differentiation is also a major feature of traditional Chinese medicine.In the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS,syndrome differentiation and body differentiation should be combined to achieve twice the result with half the effort.This paper summarized the influence of TCM constitution on AIDS,the research on the constitution types of AIDS in different regions,disease stages and different age stages,and the correlation between TCM constitution and AIDS immune index.This paper made a preliminary discussion on the regulation and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine constitution of AIDS,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS.
