金蚕胶囊治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚型临床研究

Clinical Study on Jincan Capsules(金蚕胶囊)in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的探究二甲双胍缓释片合金蚕胶囊治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚型患者疗效。方法2020年9月—2021年3月,选择医院内分泌肾病科门诊及病房就诊的气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者60例,电脑随机分成对照组与治疗组,各30例,对照组行二甲双胍缓释片治疗,治疗组行二甲双胍缓释片合金蚕胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效、糖代谢水平、临床症状评分、胰岛素抵抗及胰岛功能的变化。结果(1)疗效及不良反应方面:经5~6个疗程治疗后观察,治疗组临床有效率高于对照组[90.00%(27/30)>66.67%(20/30)](P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)糖代谢指标:治疗组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)症状评分:治疗组主症、次症及总评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)胰岛功能:治疗组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上实施二甲双胍缓释片合金蚕胶囊方案治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚型,可获取良好效果,改善患者胰岛功能,促使血糖恢复维持在正常水平,减缓疾病进程,对其预后有着十分积极的意义。

Objective To explore the efficacy of metformin sustained-release tablets combined with Jincan Capsules(金蚕胶囊)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,60 patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes who were selected from the outpatient and ward of the Endocrinology and Nephrology Department of the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group to start the study,30 cases in each group.The control group received metformin sustained-release tablets and the treatment group received metformin sustained-release tablets combined with Jincan Capsules.The changes in clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism level,clinical symptom score,insulin resistance and islet function in the two groups were observed.Results(1)Efficacy and adverse reactions:After 5-6 courses of treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[90.00%(27/30)>66.67%(20/30)](P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).(2)Glucose metabolism indicators:The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Symptom score:The main symptom,secondary symptom and total score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Islet function:The level of homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting insulin(FINS)and islet of langerhansβcell function index(HOMA-β)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of metformin sustained-release tablets combined with Jincan Capsules for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of Qi and Yin can achieve good results,improve the function of the pancreatic islets,promote the recovery of blood sugar to normal levels and slow down the disease process.
