复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗泌尿生殖系统癌痛临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection(复方苦参注射液)Combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets in Treatment of Urogenital Cancer Pain

目的观察复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗泌尿生殖系统癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将全部217例病例按随机数字表法分为对照组97例和观察组120例。对照组给予口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用静滴复方苦参注射液。治疗结束后观察两组的临床疗效,盐酸羟考酮缓释片的用量及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(92.50%,111/120)明显优于对照组(71.13%,69/97),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盐酸羟考酮缓释片平均每日用量明显低于对照组,(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(31.67%,38/120)明显优于对照组(41.24%,40/97),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗泌尿生殖系统癌性疼痛可以明显提高临床疗效,降低盐酸羟考酮缓释片的用量和不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection(复方苦参注射液)combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of urogenital cancer pain.Methods All 217 cases were randomly divided into 97 cases in the control group and 120 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with oral oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Compound Sophora Flavescens Injection by intravenous drip on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,dosage and adverse reactions of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were observed.The total effective rate(92.50%,111/1201)of the observation group was significantly better than that(71.13%,69/97)of the control group(P<0.05).The average daily dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(31.67%,38/120)was significantly better than that in the control group(41.24%,40/97)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Sophora flavescens Injection combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the dosage and adverse reaction rate of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.
