多维立体思维诊疗模式用于恢复期中风病疗效观察

Observing Clinical Effect of Diagnosis and Multi-Dimensional Three-Dimensional Thinking Pattern in Treatment of Stroke in Convalescent Period

目的观察多维立体思维诊疗模式用于恢复期中风病的临床疗效。方法将90例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组60例,对照组30例,对照组予西医基础治疗+西医康复治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,基于徐寅平主任医师多维立体思维诊疗模式,中医以辨病-辨证-辨体质为体系,加以口服中医汤药及针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后NIHSS评分、mRS评分及Barthel指数(BI)、并比较两组临床疗效。结果恢复期中风病患者经治疗后临床疗效:治疗组总有效率为91.67%(55/60),对照组总有效率为66.67%(20/30),经统计学处理治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组;NIHSS评分、mRS评分及Barthel指数(BI)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维立体思维诊疗模式用于治疗恢复期中风病的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of multi-dimensional thinking diagnosis and treatment mode on stroke in convalescent period.Methods Ninety patients were grouped according to random number table method.The treatment group had 60 cases and the control group had 30 cases.The control group was given the western medicine foundation treatment and rehabilitation.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction and acupuncture based on the multidimensional three-dimensional thinking diagnosis and treatment mode of chief physician XU Yinping.National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score and Barthel Index(BI)were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of stroke patients in convalescence after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%(55/60),and that of the control group was 66.67%(20/30).After statistical treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.NIHSS score,mRS score and BI were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of multi-dimensional thinking diagnosis and treatment mode in the treatment of convalescent stroke is remarkable.
