散风通窍滴丸联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效

Efficacy of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills(散风通窍滴丸)and Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨散风通窍滴丸联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月—2020年11月收入该院的AR患者86例为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组(44例)与对照组(42例),对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组给予散风通窍滴丸联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、症状及体征评分、血清学指标[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]。结果研究组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者鼻部症状及体征评分均降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-4、IL-17水平降低,IFN-γ水平均升高,且研究组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论散风通窍滴丸联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗能显著改善患者病理症状及炎性因子,提高免疫能力,且不会增加不良反应,安全性较高,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills(散风通窍滴丸)combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 86 AR patients admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the study group(44 cases)and the control group(42 cases).The control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray,and the observation group was treated with Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray.The treatment effect,symptom scores,serological indicators[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]were observed in the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms of the two groups were reduced,and that of the study group was even lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-17 in the two groups were decreased,while the levels of IFN-γincreased,and the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray can significantly improve the patients′pathological symptoms,inflammatory factors and the immune function,and will not increase the adverse reactions.It is safe and effective.
