穴位敷贴配合健脾益肺方治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Jianpi Yifei Recipe(健脾益肺方)on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

目的探讨培土生金穴位敷贴法配合健脾益肺方对肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者呼吸功能和运动功能的改善作用。方法选取2017年1月-2020年1月于该院接受治疗的50例肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者作为研究对象,根据其治疗方法不同依次分为对照组(24例)和观察组(26例),其中对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取培土生金穴位敷贴法配合健脾益肺方进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、呼吸和运动功能改善情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者气短喘促、神疲懒言、食少纳呆和自汗等评分均低于治疗前,不过只有观察组与治疗前评分相比,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者氧分压(PaO_(2))均高于治疗前(P<0.05),二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组相比评分变化更显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者肢体症状积分和总积分均高于治疗前,但只有观察组与治疗前积分相比,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组临床总有效率分别为88.46%(23/46)和62.50%(15/24),两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者采取培土生金穴位敷贴法配合健脾益肺方治疗,在临床上具有较好疗效,不仅能有效改善中医证候,同时还能有效改善呼吸和运动功能,可以在临床治疗上作为借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application method for supplementing spleen to nourish lung combined with Jianpi Yifei Recipe(健脾益肺方)in the improvement of respiratory function and motor function in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS).Methods Fifty patients with ALS treated in the hospital between June 2018 and June 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group(24 cases)and the observation group(26 cases).The control group received the conventional treatment,and the observation group received acupoint application method for supplementing spleen to nourish lung combined with Jianpi Yifei Recipe.The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the improvement of respiratory function and motor function and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores for shortness of breath and dyspnea,fatigue and lack of energy,lack of appetite and anorexia and spontaneous sweating were reduced in the two groups,but statistically significant differences in the scores were found only in the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))was increased and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))was decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).The changes were greater in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the limb symptom scores and total scores of the two groups were increased,but statistically significant differences in the scores were found only in the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total clinical response rates in the observation group and the control group were 88.46%(23/46)and 62.50%(15/46),respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application method for supplementing spleen to nourish lung combined with Jianpi Yifei Recipe is effective in the treatment of ALS.The combined treatment can not only effectively improve TCM syndromes but also effectively improve respiratory function and motor function,providing the reference for clinical treatment.
