头电针联合镜像视觉反馈疗法对脑卒中运动性失语患者语言功能的影响

Effect of Scalp Electroacupuncture Combined with Mirror Visual Feedback Therapy on Language Function of Stroke Patients with Motor Aphasia

目的探讨头电针联合镜像视觉反馈疗法对脑卒中运动性失语患者语言功能的影响。方法开展前瞻性研究,纳入2018年1月—2020年1月于该院收治的94例脑卒中运动性失语患者为对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各47例,其中对照组行常规言语康复训练+镜像视觉反馈疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用头电针。分析两组治疗后临床疗效,记录治疗前后中医症状积分及语言功能评分。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为91.49%(43/47),显著高于对照组的76.60%(36/47),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前半身不遂、语言蹇涩不利、口舌歪斜、双目斜偏、共济失调症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后上述症状积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后上述症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前听理解、复述、谈话、出声读、阅读、书写、计算等语言功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后上述各项语言功能评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后上述各项语言功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比于镜像视觉反馈疗法,应用头电针联合镜像视觉反馈疗法可提高脑卒中运动性失语患者临床疗效,改善临床症状,加快语言功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of scalp electroacupuncture combined with mirror visual feedback therapy on language function of stroke patients with motor aphasia.Methods In this prospective study,94 patients with motor aphasia after stroke admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group received conventional speech rehabilitation training and mirror visual feedback therapy,and the observation group received scalp electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed,and the TCM symptom score and language function score before and after treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.49%(43/47),which was significantly higher than 76.60%(36/47)of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of TCM symptom scores of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)before treatment and the scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above symptom scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of listening comprehension,retelling,talking,reading aloud,reading,writing or calculation between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the above language functions in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the above language functions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the mirror visual feedback therapy,the scalp electroacupuncture combined with mirror visual feedback therapy can improve the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms and accelerate the recovery of language function of stroke patients with motor aphasia.
