基于中医传承辅助平台探析《中医方剂大辞典》治疗喘证的用药规律研究

Study on Medication Rules of Asthma in Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

目的基于中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件归纳并探析《中医方剂大辞典》中所载的具有治疗喘证有关方剂的组方用药规律。方法筛取《中医方剂大辞典》中记载能够治疗喘证的方剂,通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5,录入喘证有关方剂信息,组建《中医方剂大辞典》喘证数据库,利用中医传承辅助平台所包含的关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类数据挖掘功能,归纳出治疗喘证方剂的常用中药、组合规则、显性与隐性药对并发现新方。结果共筛选出432首有效方剂,使用中药315味,得出频次大于20次的中药共有38味,常用药物组合模式共104条,51对关联规则组合,1个新处方。结论分析《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗喘证方剂显性规律得出“麻黄-杏仁”药对与二陈汤基础方,挖掘隐性规律得出茯苓、白术、陈皮+五味子、麦冬、人参新方。《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗喘证以燥湿化痰为基本治法,注重调畅气机,使肺气宣降如常以平喘。

Objective Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform software v2.5,the prescription rules of the prescriptions for asthma diseases contained in Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary were summarized and analyzed.Methods The prescriptions that can treat asthma were selected from Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary.Through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform v2.5,the asthma database was established.By using the association rules and complex system entropy clustering data mining function of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform,the common Chinese medicine,combination rules,dominant and recessive drug pairs of asthma prescriptions were summarized,and new prescriptions were found.Result:A total of 432 effective prescriptions were selected and 315 traditional Chinese medicines were used.It was found that there were 38 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 20 times,104 common drug combination modes,51 pairs of association rules and 1 new prescription.Conclusion By analyzing the dominant law of the prescriptions for the treatment of asthma syndrome in Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary,we can get the the drug pair of Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae)-Xingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum)and the basic prescription Erchen Decoction(二陈汤),and excavate the hidden law to get the new prescriptions of Fuling(Poria),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)+Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis),Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis)and Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng).In Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary.The treatment of asthma syndrome takes drying dampness and resolving phlegm as the basic treatment,and pays attention to regulating the Qi movement,so as to make the descending and ascending of lung Qi as usual to relieve asthma.
