中药膏摩疗法治疗奥施康定所致便秘的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Ointment Rubbing for Constipation Caused by Oxycontin

目的观察中药膏摩疗法治疗奥施康定所致便秘的临床疗效。方法将113例口服奥施康定控制疼痛的,且中医辨证属气秘(气机郁滞型便秘)的肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组口服奥施康定的同时配合中药膏摩疗法;对照组口服奥施康定,配合口服四磨汤口服液,连续观察1周。记录给药后首次排便时间,每天大便次数,粪便性状、恶心呕吐、腹泻等不良反应。结果治疗组首次排便中位时间为18 h,对照组58 h;24 h内起效者,治疗组35例,对照组10例,48 h内起效者治疗组52例,对照组14例。按照便秘评价标准,总有效率治疗组80.7%(46/57),对照组50.0%(28/56)(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后便秘相关中医症状评分,治疗组(7.56±0.53)分,对照组(21.16±0.88)分(P<0.01),两组比较有统计学意义。各组不良反应发生情况:恶心呕吐及腹泻事件两组均有发生,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药膏摩疗法可有效治疗奥施康定所致便秘,且不良反应轻。

Objective To observe the effect of the oxycontin-caused constipation treated by ointment rubbing.Methods A total of 113 cases of tumor patients with constipation caused by oxycontin with Qi stagnation syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The treatment group was applied with constipation and ointment rubbing while the control group was given Simo Decoction(四磨汤)orally for one week as one treatment course.We recorded the first defecation time,daily stool frequency,stool characteristics,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions.Results In this study,the median time of the first defecation was 18 hours and that was 58 hours in the treatment group.Within 24 hours,there were 35 cases effective in the treatment group and 10 cases effective in the control group have effect.Within 48 h,there were 52 cases effective in the treatement and 14 cases effective in the control group.The total effective rate was 80.7%in the treatment group and 50%in the control group(P<0.01).The TCM symptom score of constipation was(7.56±0.53)points in the treatment group and(21.16±0.88)points in the control group(P<0.01).Nausea,vomiting and diarrhea occurred in both the two groups and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ointment rubbing can effectively treat oxycontin-caused constipation.It has slight side effects.
