基于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴辨治阳痿

Treatment of Impotence Based on Axis of “Brain-Heart-Kidney-Essence Chamber”

“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论旨在概括和把握男科发病规律,指导男科辨证与用药,是对当代中医男科学理论体系的概括和补充。在该轴理论的指导下,脑、心、肾作为一个整体,彼此衔接,相互影响,与男科疾病发病存在着极其重要的联系。正常情况下,三者协调有度,发挥肾主生殖、心肾相交、脑心共主神明等的生理功能,维持和调节精室的功用。一旦某一环节出现问题,可最终作用于精室,影响男子生殖机能的发挥,进而造成阳痿。因此,治疗上应突出肾在阳痿辨治中的核心地位,侧重脑心同调及脑心共主神明的特色,施以脑、心、肾整体的用药观,即每一环节均有与其相对应的引经药或治疗药,同时配合一定的心理疏导,达到“整体与局部同调、心身同治”的目的。现基于此,对阳痿的辨治思路进行系统阐述,以期在该轴理论框架下,更好地提高本病的治愈率。

The theory of“brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber”axis is a summary and supplement to the theoretical system of andrology in contemporary traditional Chinese medicine and aims to generalize and grasp the regularity of the disease,and guide the syndrome differentiation and medication in andrology.Under the guidance of this axis theory,the brain,heart and kidney as a whole,has an extremely important connection with the incidence of andrology diseases,and connect and influence each other.Under normal circumstances,they coordinate with each other such as the function of kidney′s domination in reproduction,connection of the heart and kidney,and the domination of both heart and brain in physiological function.They can maintain and adjust the function of the essence chamber.Once there is a problem in a certain link,it can finally act on the essence chamber,and then affect the efficiency of male reproductive function,and finally cause impotence.Therefore,the treatment should highlight the kidney′s core position in treating impotence,focusing on the adjustment of the brain and the heart at the same time and paying attention to the concept that both the heart and the brain are the main characteristics of the mind and physiological function to treat the brain,heart and kidney as a whole,which means each link has its corresponding traditional Chinese medicine in treatment.At the same time,it also needs some psychological counseling to achieve the purpose of regulating the whole and the part and treatment of the heart and the body in the meantime.Now based on these,we have a systematic elaboration of syndrome differentiation and treatment in ideas about the impotence in order to improve the cure rate of this disease under the guidance of the axis.
