基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗偏瘫知识图谱可视化分析

Knowledge Visualization Map Analysis on Acupuncture Treatment of Hemiplegia Based on CiteSpace

目的通过探索针灸治疗偏瘫相关研究现状,总结过去十年中该领域的研究热点和发展趋势,为针灸学科的发展提供参考方向与思路。方法以计算机检索为主,检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)2011年1月1日—2020年12月31日针灸治疗偏瘫的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词等要素进行可视化图谱分析。结果共纳入中文文献1869篇,其中年发文量总体呈波折上升趋势,图谱共纳入369位作者,其中有10位作者发文量≥4篇,核心作者为庄礼兴、王顺、刘悦、杨海涛等。图谱共纳入302所机构,主要研究机构为广州中医药大学及其第一附属医院、天津中医药大学、上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院、广西中医药大学等,其中有10所机构发文量≥8篇。高频关键词依次为针灸、中风、偏瘫、中风偏瘫、康复等,研究热点依次为针灸治疗、临床疗效观察、随机对照研究、中风后遗症等,关键词共生成10个聚类标签。结论针对针灸治疗偏瘫的研究,其主要热点在中风后遗症偏瘫和体针的应用上,近年热点趋向使用新型治疗技术、康复治疗恢复肢体功能。此外,作者与机构间应进一步交流,在已有疗法体系上拓展新型疗法。

Objective By exploring the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hemiplegia,this paper summarizes the research hotspots and development trends in this field in the past decade,so as to provide reference direction and ideas for the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods The literatures related to acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hemiplegia from January 1,2011 to December 31,2020 were searched in China Academic Journals Full Text Database(CNKI).CiteSpace software was used to perform visual map analysis on authors,institutions,keywords and other elements.Results A total of 1869 Chinese literatures were included,of which the annual number of published papers showed an increasing trend.A total of 369 authors were included in the map,among which 10 authors published more than 4 papers,and the core authors were ZHUANG Lixing,WANG Shun,LIU Yue,YANG Haitao,etc.A total of 302 institutions were included in the map,and the main research institutions were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and its First Affiliated Hospital,Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine,Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,among which 10 institutions published more than 8 papers.The high-frequency keywords were acupuncture and moxibustion,stroke,hemiplegia,stroke hemiplegia,rehabilitation,etc.The research hotspots and front lines were acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,clinical efficacy observation,randomized controlled study,stroke sequelae,etc.The high-frequency keywords were acupuncture,stroke,hemiplegia,stroke hemiplegia,rehabilitation,etc.The research hotspots were acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,clinical efficacy observation,randomized controlled study,stroke sequelae,etc.A total of 10 cluster labels were generated.Conclusion For the research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hemiplegia,the main hot spots are the application of stroke sequelae hemiplegia and body acupuncture.In recent years,the hot spots tend to use new treatment technology and rehabilitation treatment to restore limb function.In addition,the authors and institutions should further communicate and expand new therapies on the existing therapy system.
