参仙升脉口服液对老年心力衰竭患者心功能指标的影响

Influence of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Solution(参仙升脉口服液)on Cardiac Function Index of Elderly Heart Failure Patients

目的研究参仙升脉口服液对老年心力衰竭患者心功能指标的影响。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年1月期间收入的66例老年心力衰竭患者进行研究,按照治疗差异分为两组,均33例,其中对照组采取常规西医治疗,研究组实施参仙升脉口服液,观察两组治疗效果、治疗前后平均动脉压与心率、心功能、动态心电图。结果两组治疗前平均动脉压、心率差异无统计学意义,治疗前两组患者动态心电图各项情况差异无统计学意义,治疗前两组心功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后平均动脉压、心率低于对照组,治疗后研究组心功能指标均优于对照组,治疗后研究组室性早搏、短阵室速、房性早搏、短阵房速均低于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率90.91%(30/33),高于对照组78.79%(26/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年心力衰竭患者在标准心力衰竭治疗基础上,采取参仙升脉口服液治疗,能够改善患者心功能,使得患者动态心电图情况好转,症状有效改善,对治疗具有重要意义,值得应用。

Objective To study the influence of Shenxian Shengmai Oral Solution(参仙升脉口服液)on the cardiac function index of elderly heart failure patients.Methods Sixty-six elderly heart failure patients treated from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were investigated and divided into two groups according to different therapies,33 cases in each group.The control group took western medicine and the research group took Shenxian Shengmai Oral Solution.Therapeutic effects,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,cardiac function and dynamic electrocardiogram index were observed.Results Before medication,there were no significant differences of the mean arterial pressure,heart rate,dynamic electrocardiogram and cardia function index between groups(P>0.05).After medication,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the research group were lower than those of the control group.The cardiac function indexes were better than those of the control group.The incidences of ventricular premature beat,paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia,atrial premature beats and paroxysmal atrial tachycardia in the research group were lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate in the research group(90.91%,30/33)was higher than that of the control group(78.79%,26/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine treatment combined with Shenxian Shengmai Oral Solution can reduce the clinical symptom and improve the patients′cardiac function and dynamic electrocardiogram index.It is worthy of application.
