从“瘀”论治慢肾风的理论与实践

Theory and Practice of Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis from Blood Stasis

慢肾风为临床常见难治之症,病程迁延难愈,以水肿、腰酸、腹胀、头晕为临床表现,最终发展为终末期肾病。本病治疗多以激素和免疫抑制剂进行对症治疗,疗效存在一定局限性。文章通过对慢肾风的源流与内涵的总结,认识到慢肾风的病机本质。根据慢肾风的辨证特点,从瘀血角度揭示慢肾风的病机本质。血瘀既可为致病因素,又可为病理产物,血瘀可贯穿疾病始终。以血瘀为辨证基础治疗慢肾风,为慢肾风的临床治疗提供辨证新思路,最后附医案一则加以说明。

Chronic glomerulonephritis is a common clinical refractory disease.It is difficult to be cured,with a long course.The clinical manifestations are edema,backache,abdominal distension and dizziness,and eventually develop into end-stage renal disease.The treatment of this disease is mostly symptomatic treatment with hormones and immunosuppressive agents,and the efficacy has certain limitations.This article summarized the origin and connotation of chronic glomerulonephritis,and realized the nature of the pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis.According to the characteristics of chronic glomerulonephritis,the pathogenesis of chronic kidney wind is revealed from the perspective of blood stasis.Blood stasis can be both a pathogenic factor and a product of pathology,and blood stasis can run through the disease.Treating chronic glomerulonephritis with blood stasis as the basis of syndrome differentiation provides a new idea of syndrome differentiation for the clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Finally,a medical record was attached to explain it.
