柔肝化纤颗粒组方规律探讨

Prescription Rule of Rougan Huaxian Granule(柔肝化纤颗粒)

柔肝化纤颗粒是王振常教授有效治疗肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis,HF)的心得方剂,现已成为广西国际壮医医院脾胃肝病科的院内制剂,临床用于治疗肝纤维化取得了显著成效。处方在祖国传统中医基础上,结合壮医药,组方严谨,方中以鳖甲、黄精、枸杞子为君药,柔肝益肾;以黄芪、薏苡仁、鸡内金、橘红为臣药,健脾化湿;以虎杖、泽兰、牡蛎为佐药,化结散瘀;以黑枣为使药,缓急止痛,调和诸药。文章从中药性味归经及功效、中医理论及现代药理学研究出发,系统阐述了其组方规律,得出柔肝化纤颗粒的治法用药核心为滋补肝肾、健脾祛湿、散瘀解毒。

Rougan Huaxian Granule(柔肝化纤颗粒),raised by Professor WANG Zhenchang,is an effective treatment of hepatic fibrosis(HF).It becomes an in-hospital preparation in the Department of Spleen,Stomach and Liver Disease,Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital and has witnessed certain success in clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis.Based on traditional Chinese medicine,this prescription is rigorous in combination with Zhuang medicine.On one hand,Biejia(Trionycis Carapax),Huangjing(Rhizome Polygonati)and Houqizi(Lycii Fructus)are major composition so as to nourish liver and kidney;on the other hand,the minister drugs are Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),Jineijin(Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum)and Juhong(Citri Exocarpium Rubrum),invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness.Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix),Zelan(Lycopi Herba)and Muli(Ostreae Concha)are used as adjuvants to dissipate blood stasis.Finally,Heizao(black jujube)is added to relieve pain and reconcile various medicines.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine natures,flavours and its channel tropism as well as the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology research,this paper systematically elaborated the rules of its formulation.The etiology and pathogenesis are mainly Yin deficiency of liver and kidney as well as disharmony between liver and spleen.The core of the treatment drugs are nourishing liver and kidney,invigorating spleen,clearing damp,dispersing blood stasis and detoxifying.
