基于治未病思想对肝脾同治的理解和应用

Analysis of Understanding and Applying of Simultaneous Treatment of Liver and Spleen in View of Preventing Disease

“治未病”思想源于《黄帝内经》,是中医学防治疾病的特色理论。文章首先论述了“治未病”思想的理论来源、含义及其发展和形成过程,并以张仲景“见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾,四季脾旺不受邪”为例介绍了肝脾两脏对于“治未病”的重要意义以及肝脾同治在疾病防治中的重要作用。同时,基于“上工不治已病,治未病”的思想从五行制化的正常和异常、脏腑关系与肝脾同治的关系角度探讨了肝脾同治的重要性。其次,通过论述治未病与肝脾同治的关系,阐释了肝脾同治在治未病中“未病先防”“既病防变”“瘥后防复”3个阶段中的重要性。最后,通过肝脾同治在抑郁症和亚健康失眠防治过程中的重要作用说明了肝脾同治对于治未病的临床意义,以期为治未病思想的发展和应用开拓新的思路。

The theory of“preventing disease”originated from Huangdi Neijing,which is a significant theory of disease prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper firstly discussed the theory of source meaning,development and formation process of“preventing disease”and introduced the important significance of liver and spleen and the important role of simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen in the“preventing disease”by taking ZHANG Zhongjing′s“seeing the disease of liver,knowing that the liver spreads the spleen,consolidating the spleen first,invigorating the spleen in the four seasons”as an example.At the same time,based on the“the superior physicians preventing the diseases before the onset”thought,the importance of simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen is discussed from the perspective of the normal and abnormal five elements system,the relationship between Zang-Fu organs and simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen.Then,by discussing the relationship between the treatment of“preventing disease”and simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen,this paper expounded the importance of simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen in the three stages of“prevention before disease”,“prevention of disease changes”and“recovery after the disease”.Finally,through the important role of simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen in the prevention and treatment of depression and sub-health insomnia,the clinical significance of the simultaneous treatment of liver and spleen for the“preventing disease”was illustrated,so as to open up a new idea for the development and application of the thought of“preventing disease”.
