“同精导气法”针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Acupuncture and Acupoint Application of “Tongjing Daoqi Method”

目的探讨东垣“同精导气法”针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将118例功能性消化不良(FD)患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服;治疗组予“同精导气法”指导下的针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为4周,分别记录患者治疗前后上腹痛、餐后饱胀、早饱、上腹烧灼、餐后恶心、食欲不振症状评分及SF-36生活质量评分变化,比较两组临床疗效,并进行相关统计分析。结果两组均可改善FD患者上腹痛、餐后饱胀、早饱、餐后恶心、食欲不振症状,与治疗前差异比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组可改善FD患者上腹痛、餐后饱胀、食欲不振,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为88.14%(52/59),对照组为69.5%(41/59),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均可以改善患者生理、社会心理及生活质量评分,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组在生理、生活质量评分方面与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论东垣“同精导气法”针次联合穴位贴敷治疗功能性消化不良安全有效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and acupoint application of“Tongjing Daoqi method”in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 118 patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets orally.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with acupoint application under the guidance of“Tongjing Daoqi method”.The course of treatment was four weeks,The scores of epigastric pain,postprandial fullness,satiety,abdominal burning,postprandial nausea and loss of appetite were recorded before and after treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and correlated statistical analysis was carried out.Results Both groups can improve epigastric pain,postprandial fullness,early satiety,postprandial nausea,loss of appetite,and there was a statistical difference before and after treatment.The treatment group can improve the epigastric pain,postprandial fullness and anorexia in FD patients and there was a statistical difference compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 88.14%(52/59)in the treatment group and 69.5%(41/59)in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups could improve the scores of physiology,social psychology and quality of life(P<0.05)and there were significant differences in physiology and quality of life between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat FD with acupuncture and acupoint application of“Tongjing Dao Qi method”.
